Order Sizes & Capacity

What sizes can you handle for bulk orders?

We handle everything from small bottles to tanker trucks. Seriously—if you need it, we can package it.

Bulk size options from bottles to tanker trucks

Liquid Products (Plant Juice, Bloom Juice, Lawn Care):

  • 16 oz bottles for retail or samples
  • 32 oz bottles (most popular consumer size)
  • 2.5 gallon jugs
  • 5 gallon pails
  • 55 gallon drums
  • 250 gallon IBC totes
  • 275 gallon IBC totes
  • Tanker trucks (3,000-6,000 gallons)

Dry Products (Ancient Soil, Bloomin' Soil, Worm Castings):

  • 2 lb bags
  • 10 lb bags
  • 25 lb bags
  • 50 lb bags
  • 500 lb totes
  • 1,000 lb supersacks
  • 2,000 lb supersacks
  • Full truckloads (40,000+ lbs)
Landscaper Pro Tip: Most landscape crews find that a pallet of 32 oz bottles plus a few 2.5 gallon jugs works best. Keep bottles in trucks for residential jobs, use jugs for commercial properties.
Can you keep up with large orders? What's your production capacity?

Short answer: Yes. We built this facility specifically for volume.

120,000
Gallons per week
3 Million
Acres worth annually
50,000
Sq ft warehouse space

Our Grandview, Missouri facility (just outside Kansas City) runs multiple production lines. We batch liquids in 500-gallon tanks and can fill everything from bottles to tankers.

What this means for you:

  • Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days
  • Large custom orders typically 1-2 weeks
  • We handle seasonal spikes (spring rush, fall)
  • Standing orders for regular deliveries? No problem
What's your minimum order quantity?

No hard minimum, but here's what makes sense:

Local pickup (Kansas City): Order whatever you need. Even a couple cases to try.

Freight delivery: Half pallet minimum ($500-750) to justify shipping costs.

Volume pricing: Discounts start around $2,000-$3,000 per order.

Bottom line: We're flexible. Call us and we'll figure out what works.

Do you do custom blends or private labeling?

Custom blends: Yes, for specific applications. We work with farms and large landscape operations to dial in formulations.

Private labeling: Yes, for full pallet quantities on an ongoing basis. Common with landscape companies selling to maintenance clients.

Give us a call—these conversations take about 15 minutes to figure out if it makes sense.

Shipping & Delivery

How does freight shipping work?

LTL (up to 10,000 lbs): Shared trucks, 5-10 days, needs forklift or pallet jack.

FTL (10,000+ lbs): Dedicated truck, 2-5 days, best pricing, needs dock access.

Tanker trucks: For operations with storage tanks, we pump directly.

No Loading Dock? We can arrange liftgate service (adds $75-150) where the driver has a hydraulic lift to get pallets to ground level.
Can I pick up orders locally?

Absolutely. We're at 14210 Norby Road, Grandview, MO. Pull around back Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Just give us a heads up so we have your order staged. If you're within a couple hours of KC, pickup often makes more sense than freight.

What's the lead time on orders?

Standard products: Ships 3-5 days + 5-7 days transit = 1-2 weeks total

Custom/large orders: 3-4 weeks

Spring orders: Order by early February if possible—we'll store it and ship when ready.

Product Information

Are your products certified organic?

Retail products: Yes, certified organic and CDFA listed.

Bulk products: Same formulations, not yet certified, but can be if your order justifies it.

All products use organic ingredients (worm castings, kelp, fish meal, rock phosphate) with zero synthetics. Certification is just paperwork.
Where do you source ingredients?

We prioritize US and North American sourcing:

  • Worm castings: Our production + US partners
  • Fish meal: Pacific Northwest
  • Rock phosphate: Domestic mines
  • Kelp: Atlantic coast (US & Canada)

Shorter supply chains mean consistent quality and reliable restocks.

What's the shelf life?

Liquids: 12 months from manufacture. Store at room temp, out of sun.

Dry products: Virtually unlimited if kept dry. Microbes go dormant when dry, wake up when wetted.
